Compassion + Support + Guidance

Real World Cat Consulting provides compassionate guidance and support to people experiencing a disagreement or misunderstanding with their cat’s behavior, and to increase the likelihood that the family remains together in harmony.

Bonnie Still is a certified Feline Training & Behavior Specialist with over 10 years of experience working with cats. She has helped hundreds of cats overcome their fear of people, resolved litterbox issues, taught cat guardians how to introduce a new cat to an established cat (or dog), helped others to manage their cat’s aggression towards themselves or another pet in the home and more. She has also guided others to understand their cat better, which increased their bond with their cat.

Let’s get real. We love cats. Cats are family. We love them and they love us. However, sometimes behavioral issues arise and help is needed in order to understand the reason for their behavior and how to resolve it. This isn’t always easy!

Anyone that has been “owned” by a cat, knows that most cats prefer to do their own thing, and according to their own timeline. However, if a family disagrees with or does not understand the cat’s behavior, this can cause issues in the home. This can result in stress (for the cat and the family), possible medical issues, possible destruction and sometimes, the cat is rehomed or surrendered to a local shelter where it may be euthanized due to lack of resources.

Just like any family disagreement or misunderstanding, there is usually more than one side to it. The family and their cat will need to work together to resolve the behavior.

Using positive, consistent, and unharmful methods, learn how to help your cat to change its behavior so you will have that wonderful bond again (or will have for the first time).

After your initial consultation, an easy to follow behavior assessment and guideline will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Follow up calls and/or email are available upon request to provide continuing support.
